Regulatory Modernization

What we do in agriculture matters and we all have a role to play.
Advancing our industry requires us all to do the right thing, demonstrate our commitment, and to communicate proactively about our growth.

FarmSafe Manitoba focused on practical, on-farm safety improvements that help producers meet requirements while keeping people safe.
This included engagement in Manitoba Public Insurance’s Road Safety Strategy and the province’s Road Debris Working Group, ensuring agricultural realities are reflected in transportation and road safety policies.

Through collaboration with the pork sector, KAP supported the promotion of safety guides and the development of training videos tailored to real-world farm conditions.
We also continued assisting farms facing Improvement Orders, helping producers understand and meet their legal obligations.
